To ensure a smooth enrollment process, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the three steps involved. We have prepared a three-minute video that explains the process in detail, so you can complete your application accurately and efficiently.

Step #1/3 - General Application

Step #2/3 - We Need More Information! Form

  • Watch for a second form to arrive in your email inbox it usually takes about 3 minutes. The subject line is: "Awake Healer Application - we need more info!" Read the instructions carefully and submit the second form.


Step #3/3 - Onboarding Tasks & Quiz

  • Our office will then create your account, and we'll send you an email with your final onboarding tasks to complete. Please read through the email instructions carefully so you don't miss anything. *If you are a Sponsored VIP Affiliate, you must take the quiz at the end of your onboarding tasks. Once the quiz is submitted, your application and enrollment process will be complete!
