For example: Is it filled with a million thoughts and you can't sleep or focus? OR do you just have a few things you obsess about? OR your mind is perfectly calm?
Keep it general. We don't want exact situations. Just yes or no. If yes, then are the emotions  anger, shame, guilt, resentment, happiness, sadness, or regret? Any other emotions?
At minimum, include what the addiction is and how it impacts your life. You can also include home life, work life , social, and health and fitness if you feel it is relevant.
Include any therapy, 12 step programs, rehabs, books, coaches, wellness, plant medicine or other approaches.
What is the impact of solving this? In what ways do you think your life will change?
