Common Fix: Many times the system can appear that it is not working after there has been a change to the wifi password. A common fix for this can be to ensure that your monitoring settings have also been updated with the new network information.

We recommend that you monitor the cleanliness of your panels to ensure optimal energy production. Trees that often shade the panels, built up dust, bird droppings, and anything else that blocks the panels from directly receiving sunlight can lower the overall production of your system.

We recommend cleaning your panels every 3 to 6 months to ensure optimal production. This can be done by using a water hose, or hiring a professional company to clean them.
