Consumer Credit File Rights Under Federal Law (CROA Notice):

You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit file from a credit reporting agency. You may be charged a reasonable fee. You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report. Credit bureaus must reinvestigate your dispute at no charge unless your dispute is frivolous. You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act.

You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation at any time within three business days from the date you electronically sign. Once canceled, Pinnaculum Solutions will not charge you any fees.

No Advance Payment Notice (TSR Compliance):

Pinnaculum Solutions does not accept or request payment until AFTER all dispute work is completed and you are shown proof of work. You are never required to pay upfront for credit repair services.
