Food Truck Vendor Agreement

Event details: October 24, 2026, 5:30–8:00 PM

• Vendor fee: $100, due when registering.

• Arrival and setup: Required arrival by 4:30 PM so the truck is ready before guests arrive.

• Insurance: Proof of general liability insurance (COI) and additional insured coverage for Force Athletics.

• Permits: Vendor is responsible for obtaining all necessary health department and local permits.

• Food sales: Vendor keeps 100% of food sales and is responsible for collecting payments and applicable taxes.

• Cleanup: Vendor must remove all trash, grease, and equipment from their designated area.

• Cancellation policy: The $100 fee is refundable if the event is canceled due to weather. If the vendor cancels the fee is non refundable.

• Liability: The vendor assumes responsibility for the safe operation of their food truck, including food safety, equipment, and staff. The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Force Athletics, its owners, and employees from claims, injuries, or damages arising from the vendor’s operations, except to the extent caused by Force Athletics’ negligence or misconduct.

Registration and payment reserve your requested vendor space; however, participation is subject to approval and receipt of all required documentation. Force Athletics reserves the right to deny participation if required documentation is not provided prior to the event.
