Nevada Partners (NPI) is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency. We offer housing services including pre-purchase counseling and down payment assistance programs in partnership with the Culinary Housing Trust Fund, Clark County and the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, a 2 hours orientation seminar, and an 8 hour pre-purchase education class. In addition to our housing counseling services, we also offer staffing services in specific sectors, training and employer support services, free tax preparation, specialized programs, life skills workshops and classes, a career resource center, and youth education and career services. Lender and realtor partners are registered with our agency specifically for participation in the down payment assistance programs administered by NPI. As a potential HUD housing counseling client, you are not required to use any of our other services or the service of our industry partners including our approved lender and realtor lists in order to receive any type of housing counseling or education from NPI.
