We are hiring a Lead Editor for the Lost LeBlanc Youtube channel.

This role is full-time, remote and exclusively for professional video editors. You MUST have prior editing experience and an established portfolio.

We will work 1 on 1 to create the biggest travel films YouTube has ever seen. I want a teammate but also a leader who has a TON of experience and a strong creative vision.

Role

You are going to own and lead the entire editing process.

Expected output - 2 YouTube Films per month

Bonus if you also get excited about pre-production and helping shape the stories we tell before they are even shot.

Goals

3 month Goal - 500,000 views per video within 3 months of publish.

12 month Goal - 1,000,000 views per video 6 months after publish

Salary range: $4,000 monthly + performance earnings (% of YouTube ad revenue).The final compensation percentage will be based on skill level.
