Chef Showdown Battle ParticipantChef Battle night where YOU get to compete and showcase your culinary skills in front of an audience on the LIVE stage.
2 chefs in each category. 10 categories. Limited to 20 chefs. 1,500 samples and 4 full portions on stage for the judges. *Each battle will have a winning chef.
Tequila Herradura Bartender Showdown CompetitorCreate your best Tequila Herradura cocktail.
Only 4 mixologists will compete in the Herradura Tequila buildout and the top 2 with the most people’s votes will take the stage in front of a panel of judges.
Pacifico Beer Bartender Competition
Put your mixologist to the ultimate test! While your chef battles it out on the main stage, your bartender will compete alongside them — crafting their best original cocktail featuring Pacifico Beer for a separate panel of judges.
Open to bartenders from Chef Showdown participating restaurants only.
Only 4 mixologist will compete in the Pacifico Beer buildout and will then take the stage alongside their competing Chef Showdown chef.
Saturday, October 24th: The Seafood Slam

Features 40 restaurants. This is your chance to showcase some of your best menu items in front of 14,000 guests. 3,000 samples requested.
Dessert Pop-Up
Be 1 of 4 specialty dessert stations showcasing your sweet treat to attendees.
Culinary Demo on the Showcase Kitchen Stage
30 min live demos
Take over the stage in front of an audience set up of 200 guests with your 30 min demo. Available to only 6 chefs.

By signing below, I confirm my restaurant's commitment to participate in the 14th Annual South Beach Seafood Festival (October 21–24, 2026) as selected above. I understand that upon confirmation, the festival will begin incurring costs on behalf of my restaurant including tent rental, signage, and marketing promotions.
Should my restaurant withdraw from participation after confirmation, the following cancellation fees apply:

100% of total expenses incurred
The festival will provide an itemized breakdown of incurred expenses upon request.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] .
