Business Consent for Coupon Purchase

By signing or agreeing below, you acknowledge that you will receive a payment of AUD $100 from Find Pty Ltd in relation to the Find Cards.

You agree and give permission for Find Pty Ltd to:

Create and publish coupons up to the total value of $100 to promote your service or product via the Find Cards App.
Display “Coming Soon” on the coupon offer until the start date has been reached (a future update to the App will enable the coupon redeem button to only show once the start date has passed).
Determine the start date of the coupon offer, e.g., when it will become active. We want to sign up about 100 businesses before we release the coupon offers.
Use your business name, logo, and offer details to promote your coupon offer via our community paper and social media accounts.

This agreement confirms your consent for us to hold, manage, and later release your coupon offer via the Find Cards App as part of our fundraising activities to help support local NFP's, Schools, Sporting clubs ,etc.
