All suites are unfurnished and can be customized at the tenant’s expense. Each suite includes dedicated internet, 24/7 access to the building and common areas, a mailbox, a commercial address, and use of the creative space amenities.

Deposits

Deposits are equivalent to one month’s rent. Deposits are forfeited if the suite has been altered. Otherwise, deposits will be returned within 72 hours of the completion of your lease term, provided no damage has been caused to the premises or equipment. Any applicable fees or fines will be deducted from the deposit.
