Today, you’ll begin building your $100K Blueprint™—one decision at a time.

In each section, you’ll receive information and context to help you reflect on where you are today, what you bring with you, and where you may want to go next.

Your responses become the evidence we use to develop your Personal Blueprint and identify pathways for you to consider.

Enter your information below, and let’s get started.

How Your Blueprint Works

Design your Blueprint.

Your responses become the evidence we use to analyze where you are today, identify opportunities and gaps, and develop your Personal Blueprint.

Once your Blueprint is ready, you’ll meet with Dr. Marie for an Alignment Call to review the findings, discuss the pathways your Blueprint identifies, and build a learning plan based on your goals, resources, capacity, and intent.

All Blueprint questions require a response. When appropriate, you may select “I don’t know yet,” “I’m not ready to decide,” or “I choose not to disclose.” These are valid responses—not wrong answers.

Section 1 — My Signal ID

Recognize what you naturally do first when you encounter change, uncertainty, or a problem. Choose your Primary Signal, then identify the other Signal that also shows up strongly in how you contribute. Every Signal matters. Your selections are a reference for your Blueprint—not a permanent label.

How I Naturally Contribute

Section 1 of 6 — My Primary Signal ID

When you encounter change, uncertainty, or a problem to solve, what do you naturally do first?

Section 1 of 6 — My Secondary Signal ID

Section 2 — The State of Work Today

My Current Reality

Begin with an honest assessment of where you are now. Your income, employment situation, and current work do not determine your value, capability, or future potential. They provide context for the decisions you are preparing to make.

Section 2 of 6 - The State of Work Today

Which option best describes your current relationship to paid work?

Section 2 of 6 - The State of Work Today

What is your current estimated annual earned income before taxes?

This information is used only to establish your current starting point in relation to the $100K threshold. It does not measure your capability, value, readiness, or potential.

Section 2 of 6 — The State of Work Today

What is creating the greatest pressure in your work or career today?

How well does your current paid work meet your income needs and use your capabilities?

You Built: My Current Reality

You have identified your current relationship to work, position relative to the $100K threshold, primary workforce pressure, and current work alignment. Together, these responses establish your starting point. They do not limit where you can go next.

Section 3 — The Future of Work

My Future-of-Work Position

Work is changing through AI, automation, evolving roles, new employment models, and increased demand for demonstrated capability. This section helps you identify which change matters most to you and how you intend to prepare.

Section 3 of 6 — The Future of Work

Which future-of-work shift is most likely to affect your career decisions?

Section 3 of 6 — The Future of Work

Which statement best describes how you are currently responding to changes in work?

Section 3 of 6 — The Future of Work

What do you most need to prioritize to prepare for the future of work?

You Built: My Future-of-Work Position

You have identified the future-of-work shift most relevant to you, assessed how you are currently responding, and selected your top preparation priority.

Section 4 — In-Demand Skills + Human Infrastructure Development™

My Human Capability Priority

Your capabilities are not limited to technical skills or job titles. Human Intelligence™ is how you think, analyze, solve problems, and make decisions. Human Adaptability™ is how you learn, respond, and evolve. Human Impact™ is how you create lasting value. Communication, collaboration, and how you work with others connect all three dimensions.

Section 4 of 6 — In-Demand Skills + Human Infrastructure Development™

Which capability area can you support with the strongest evidence from your life, education, or work?

Evidence may come from paid work, education, entrepreneurship, volunteer service, caregiving, military service, faith or community leadership, projects, informal leadership, or personal problem-solving.

Section 4 of 6 — In-Demand Skills + Human Infrastructure Development™

Which capability area would create the greatest value for you if you strengthened it next?

Section 4 of 6 — In-Demand Skills + Human Infrastructure Development™

Which in-demand skill area would be most valuable for you to strengthen next?

You Built: My Human Capability Priority

You have identified a capability area you can already demonstrate with evidence, a capability area you want to develop intentionally, and an in-demand skill to strengthen next.

Section 5 — Career Pathways + SAFe® Certification Alignment

My Career Pathway Alignment

Career pathways are tools for exploration—not prescriptions. Consider the kind of work you are naturally drawn to, the pathways you want to explore, and the evidence you already bring. A certification can build knowledge and strengthen your market signal, but it does not replace demonstrated capability or guarantee employment, advancement, or a $100K salary.

Section 5 of 6 — Career Pathways + SAFe® Certification Alignment

Which type of work most closely reflects how you naturally want to create value?

Section 5 of 6 — Career Pathways + SAFe® Certification Alignment

Which career pathway are you most interested in exploring further?

Section 5 of 6 — Career Pathways + SAFe® Certification Alignment

Which of the following learning or development experiences have you completed or are currently pursuing?

Section 5 of 6 — Career Pathways + SAFe® Certification Alignment

What is the strongest evidence you currently have for the pathway you selected or are considering?

You Built: My Career Pathway Alignment

You have identified how you naturally want to create value, considered the pathways you may want to explore, identified learning and development already completed or underway, and assessed the evidence you currently bring. Your responses establish a starting point for exploration—not a permanent assignment or guaranteed outcome.

My Investment Commitment

Section 6 — The Investor’s Mindset

An Investor’s Mindset asks not only what you want, but what you are prepared and able to invest—and what you expect that investment to make possible. Investment can include time, attention, money, learning, practice, relationships, and participation in community. Each can shape the opportunities that become possible.

Section 6 of 6 — The Investor's Mindset

Which statement best describes your current approach to investing in your future?

Section 6 of 6 — The Investor's Mindset

Progress will require investment across multiple fronts. Which resources are you currently prepared to invest in your development?
