What's your main goal?
*
I'd lose the belly and finally look like I train, a fuller chest, shoulders, arms and glutes over a leaner waist, instead of just a smaller version of the same body ```
I'd take my shirt off at the pool without thinking about it first, wear what I actually want instead of whatever hides the most, and stop ranking myself against every guy in the room
I'd feel good being seen naked and stay present with the guy I'm with, whether that's a partner or someone new, instead of stuck in my head about my stomach the whole time
I'd know what my gut is doing day to day, no bloating by evening, no starving all day, no hours of prep before a date, just eat normally and still feel clean and ready
I'd still be leaner and stronger a year from now, after the travel, the long weeks and the dinners out, instead of rebuilding the same progress for the third time
What's been the biggest roadblock so far when it comes to reaching your goal?
*
I start strong and hold it for a couple of weeks, then one bad night or one missed week and the whole thing collapses and I'm back at square one
I'm willing to do the work, I just don't know where to aim it, whether I should be cutting or building, so I train hard for months and my body barely changes
I've only ever had plans built for a single straight bodybuilder living out of meal prep containers, not for my travel, my dinners out, the drinking and a social calendar that never slows down
I've got nobody actually holding me to it, when it gets hard I go quiet and nobody notices I stopped, so quitting costs me nothing
I lost the weight and the shape never followed, my stomach still looks soft and by the evening the bloat makes it look worse than it is
Where do you see yourself in the future if nothing changes?
*
I'll keep watching the belly creep up and what used to work stop working, and every year I put it off my body gets harder to change
I'll keep the shirt on for another summer, skip the pool and the beach again, and spend Pride and every trip watching from the side instead of actually being in it
I'll still be in my head about sex and dating, shirt on, planning my whole day around my gut before I can feel ready for anything
I'll be a year older in the same body, having started and quit twice more, and I'll have stopped believing myself when I say I'm going to do something
I'll settle for this being just my body now, quietly give up on the version of myself I actually wanted, and tell myself I've made peace with it
What's your #1 motivator to get this done now?
*
I've already got something booked, a trip, a cruise, Pride, a wedding, and I refuse to spend another one hiding under a shirt and staying out of the water
I saw something recently I can't unsee, a photo I got tagged in, a video of me at a party, and I'm done pushing this to next month
I'm tired of being the guy who has everything else handled, the career, the money, the schedule, and still can't get his own body under control
I've started putting myself back out there and I want to actually be present for it, not spend the day managing my gut and the night stuck in my head
I'm not getting younger and I want the next ten years to beat the last ten, stronger and leaner instead of slower, and I'm done waiting for the calm year that never comes
This is a real investment in yourself and a serious commitment, not twenty bucks a month for a fitness app. Knowing that, which one sounds most like you?
*
I'm NOT in a position to make that kind of investment at the moment
I'm READY to make a serious investment in myself if the coaching is the right fit for me
I'm ALL IN, the money is there, I've spent enough years starting over and I just want the plan that finally works
