Access to External Units

Our engineer will require safe access to all external units to carry out the service. We are happy to assist you in locating these upon arrival.

For the purpose of providing your quotation, we have assumed that all external units are installed at a height of 3 metres or less and are safely accessible from ground level.

If any unit is positioned above 3 metres, or requires specialist access equipment (e.g. scaffold, lift, or additional labour), an additional access charge may apply to ensure safe working conditions.
