Agreement 1.1

I understand that the experience for which I am registering my interest is the Containment for the Feminine Goddess provided by “The Containment Brothers”. This is a sensual explorative space where all parts of yourself, your full expression, Eros, nakedness' and femininity is welcome. It is a non-sexual, non-penetrative, no kissing or genital touching during this experience and in the space.

Agreement 1.2

I understand that I am free to choose whether or not I participate in any particular experience or activity during the scheduled time. I understand that this experience is an invitation to come as all of myself, the beauty, the glory, the chaos, the emotionally messy, the unseen, even your shame. The Containment Brothers will ensure your safety while holding full confidentiality around all that happens during your session. Any parts of you that show up will be welcomed and encouraged into its fullness within this space.

Agreement 1.3

Possibilities during the session can include a range of activities, dance, movement, breath, energy work, and physical contact, however excludes any genital touching & the exchange of body fluids. While it is not part of the curriculum, I understand I may choose to participate in self-expression where verbal outbursts or anger are possible.

Agreement 1.4

I understand that there are certain risks inherent in such experiences, including, without limitation, physical discomfort, strain, or injury, emotional discomfort, triggers, and distress. Inherent risks in voluntary participation may include feelings arising in the following days which can include, loneliness, isolation, rejection, expansion, or retraction. I freely, voluntarily, and with such knowledge assume such Risks, including, without limitation any claims, damages, or injuries, arising from or in connection with the experience.

Personal Rights and Responsibilities 2.1

I understand that participation in this experience is voluntary, and I have the right and responsibility to say no to any interaction, touching, and/or process I do not wish to participate in during the experience. I further understand and agree that I should clearly and vocally express and articulate my unwillingness to participate in any interaction, touching, and/or process that I do not wish to participate in during the experience. I understand and agree that I should notify the Facilitators if anyone does not respect my vocally expressed and articulated desires not to participate in any interaction, touching, and/or process so that the Facilitators may take appropriate action to stop and/or prevent further interaction with such person.

Personal Rights and Responsibilities 2.2

Likewise, I understand and agree that I am responsible for respecting, honoring, and abiding by any expressed and articulated desires or boundaries by others, not to participate in any type of interaction, touching, and/or process. I further understand that the Facilitators will remove me from the session and prohibit me from further attendance at and participation in this experience if I do not respect, honor, and abide by any expressed and articulated desires or boundaries, not to participate in any interaction, touching, and/or process.

Personal Rights and Responsibilities 2.3

I affirm that I am physically able to engage in such an experience and that I have no medical problems which may be affected by these activities and any other activity at the experience, such as dance, movement, breath, energy work, etc. I agree to monitor my participation and not exceed my own limits and I assume all risks for my condition in this session. I acknowledge that I assume all risk from any consequences due to any pre-existing physical or psychological conditions that I have. If I become aware of such a condition or problem during the experience, I agree to contact my physician immediately.

Personal Rights and Responsibilities 2.4

I will refrain from consuming any form of recreational and/or illegal drugs, mind altering substances or alcohol prior to or while in attendance at the experience. I understand I am permitted to use medications prescribed to and provided by me at my own risk. If the Facilitators discover I am under the influence of any form of recreational and/or illicit drugs, mind altering substances or alcohol, I understand I may be immediately removed from the session and any fees will not be refunded.

Privacy Agreement 3.1

The Containment Brothers (TCB). TCB requires that everyone agrees to protect each other’s privacy, so no unauthorized recording of photographs, videos, sound or other forms is allowed. We all wish to feel safe as we gather together.

Privacy Agreement 3.2

I hereby expressly state that I am not a reporter or agent of any group, or independent investigator, and I will not record photographs, video testimonials, video takeaways, audio, and other presentations of anyone or anything during my participation in the Event, except as expressly authorised by the facilitators or organizer. I understand taking and publishing such unauthorised recordings would be a breach of privacy laws and will be legally challenged if I do so.

Privacy Agreement 3.3

I will not share, verbally or in video, recording or writing, any specific story about anyone else’s experience, especially if that might identify them, or the specific content of the experiences, without prior consent.

Privacy Agreement 3.4

I have no connection with or part of any presentation, program, publication, product, or other professional endeavour in which the same may be used or incorporated, and also in the advertising, and/or publicising of any such works and in any such formats existing or to be created, in their perpetuity.

Waiver and Release of Claims 4.1

In lawful consideration for participating in this experience, I agree that The Containment Brothers (TCB), and its directors, officers, governance, employees, agents, or assigns, shall not be responsible or liable for any injury or damages, loss, or expense to me incurred while attending and/or participating in the experience or session, or resulting from any negligence or omission on the part of TCB or its directors, officers, governance, employees, or agents.

Waiver and Release of Claims 4.2

On behalf of myself, my heirs, and my assigns, hereby agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless, and release TCB, and its directors, officers, governance, employees, agents, and assigns, from and against any and all liability they may have for any injury, damage, loss, or expense to me incurred through my attendance at and/or participation in the experience and/or arising out of or related to the session, except where such liability results from the willful misconduct of TCB.

Waiver and Release of Claims 4.3

On behalf of myself, my heirs, and my assigns, I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TCB, and its directors, officers, governance, employees, agents, and assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes, or action, or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever on account of any and all injuries and damages, known and unknown, both to person and property, which may result or may in the future develop as a result of any acts or omissions to act which I may commit while my attending and/or participating in the experience and/or arising out of or related to the experience.

Limitation of Liability 5.1

I understand and agree that the total liability of TCB arising out of or related to the session or this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by you to TCB, the experience, Organiser, and/or the Facilitators in connection with your attendance at the session and in no event shall TCB have liability for any loss or consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or exemplary damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for injuries to person or to property, whether under tort, contract or other theories of recovery, even if TCB knew or should have known of the possibility of such damages. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. COVID-19 6.1

I acknowledge, understand, and confirm that an inherent risk of exposure to the disease COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization and any strains, variants, or mutations thereof) and SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that can cause COVID-19) (collectively, “COVID-19”), and any other communicable or infectious disease, exists in any public place where people are present, including an TCB session. “Communicable disease” means any disease or illness caused by microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, parasites, or fungi that can be spread, directly or indirectly, from one person to another. “Infectious disease” means any disease or illness caused by microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, parasites, or fungi that enter the body, multiply, and cause an infection. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious communicable disease that can lead to severe illness and death. No precautions can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19, and the risk of exposure applies to everyone. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”), older adults (people 65 years and older) and people of any age who have underlying medical conditions are at higher risk for severe illness and death from COVID-19. Relevant public health authorities, including but not limited to the CDC, are referred to herein as “Public Health Authorities”. I acknowledge that the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease includes the risk that I will expose others that I encounter, even if I am not experiencing or displaying any symptoms of illness.

COVID-19 6.2

I acknowledge and agree to voluntarily assume any and all risks in any way related to exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease, including illness, injury, or death of myself or others. I acknowledge that my participation in the experience is entirely voluntary. By participating in this I attest that I am knowledgeable about my individual risk of developing severe illness if infected with COVID-19; I have made an informed decision about attending the session based on my individual risk; and I have decided whether to consult with a health care provider based on my individual risk.

Consent and Waiver 7.1

In lawful consideration for participating in this experience, I do hereby agree to all of the above conditions and hereby release and forever discharge TCB, and its directors, officers, governance, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, damages, demands, actions, causes of actions, or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever for any and all injuries and damages, known and unknown, both to person and property, that may result now or in the future may develop as a result of attending and/or participating in the session and/or arising out of or related to the experience.

Consent and Waiver 7.2

Governing Law. This Agreement is entered into in Queensland, and shall be interpreted, enforced, and governed by Queensland law as applied to transactions occurring entirely within Queensland between Queensland residents.

Consent and Waiver 7.3

Severability. If a court of competent jurisdiction declares any of the Agreement's provisions unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be enforced as though the Agreement does not contain the unenforceable provisions.
