The Role

As a Lifeguard, you'll be responsible for monitoring aquatic activities and ensuring the safety of all guests. You’ll enforce pool rules, respond to emergencies, and help maintain a clean and safe swimming environment.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise swimmers and guests in and around pool or aquatic areas

  • Recognize and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies

  • Enforce pool rules in a consistent and respectful manner

  • Perform first aid, CPR, and water rescues as needed

  • Inspect pool areas and equipment daily for safety concerns

  • Maintain cleanliness of pool decks, restrooms, and lifeguard stations

  • Complete reports for incidents, rescues, or rule violations

Requirements

  • Must hold a current Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization

  • Must also hold current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and act quickly in emergencies

  • Must be alert, dependable, and able to work outdoors in all weather

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Must be at least 16 years of age

  • Weekend, holiday, and evening availability preferred
