1. Assumption of Risk

Description: Riding in or participating in activities on a party bus involves inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle accidents, sudden stops, slips and falls, injuries from other passengers, alcohol-related incidents, and more.

Release of Liability

Description: To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, I release Let’s Ride 51, its owners, employees, drivers, and affiliates from any claims for bodily injury, death, emotional distress, property damage, or loss arising from the rental.

Let’s Ride 51 reserves the right to terminate service without refund for illegal activity, underage drinking, violence, or unsafe behavior.

In case of emergency, I authorize medical treatment and accept responsibility for costs.
