When we give templates

here is a

Template of the Day:

Detail Page

Here, you’ll enter your key information, add blueprints, permits, and even before photos. Everything stays in one place — simple, shareable, and easy to update

Objective of the Detail Page:

  • Use it to reduce emails and discussions between the architect and client during the design phase.

  • Use it in the contracts as Exhibit A so you know it covers everything on there.

  • Distribute this document to all subcontractors and suppliers to help finalize it.

  • Establish complete clarity on what is being done between the contractor and homeowner before the job starts.

  • Homeowners and Builders can take several months to build, ensuring accuracy to avoid wasting money.

  • The Project Manager receives this tool during the project to assist with monitoring Change Orders.

First Task: Project Setup

Add basic information:

  • Step 1: Add Basic Information

    • Homeowner Name

    • Project Address

    • Expected Start Date

    Step 2: Upload Design Files

Attach any files that will help your team understand your project:
