To ensure a complete and successful application, please follow these instructions carefully:

1. Complete All Sections
   Fill out all sections of the application form. Be thorough and accurate.

2. Fill All Fields

   • Complete all empty spaces in the online form. If a section does not apply to you, write "N/A" (Not Applicable).

   • Download, complete, and upload the required Declaration Form along with your application.

3. Application Fee

   • A non-refundable application fee of R250 must be paid after submitting your application. Be sure to attach your Proof of Payment (PoP) on the payment form.

   • Late Applications: For late submissions, a non-refundable fee of R300 applies. Ensure to attach Proof of Payment with the late application.

4. Submit Certified Documents
   Include recently certified copies (Not older than 3 months) of the following:

   • Your Identity Document

   • Grade 11 Final Results and/or Grade 12 Certificate or September Matric Results

   • Proof of Payment (PoP) for the application fee (see payment details above

5. Residency Requirement
   All admitted and registered students for the year 2027 are required to reside on campus.

6. Payment Details
   Application fee payments should follow the instructions on your invoice/checkout page. Be sure to keep your Proof of Payment.

7. Data Protection Compliance
   TARDI complies with all current South African laws on data privacy, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

8. File Upload Requirements
   Upload all required files (such as documents and Proof of Payment) in the designated sections. Each file must not exceed 5 MB.

9. Note: Applications that are incomplete or missing required documents will not be processed. Ensure all steps are followed for a smooth application process.

10. Important:A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided after you submit your application. If you do not receive it, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
