I understand that once my booking is submitted, it is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled unless mutually agreed upon by both parties.

I understand that if I need to request a cancellation or rescheduling, I must complete and submit the required cancellation form at least 12 hours before my chosen pickup date and time.

I understand that cancellation or rescheduling requests submitted less than 12 hours before the chosen date and time may not be accommodated.

I confirm that all pockets have been checked and emptied before turnover. I understand that the laundry service is not responsible for money, jewelry, gadgets, documents, pens, cosmetics, or any other valuable or personal items left inside pockets or bags.

I understand that clothes with mixed colors, unstable dye, or color-bleeding fabrics are submitted at my own risk. I agree that the laundry service will not be held liable for color transfer, fading, or discoloration resulting from the normal wash process.

I understand that delicate fabrics, old garments, worn fabrics, printed shirts, embellished items, lace, silk-like materials, and other sensitive clothing are submitted at my own risk. I accept that some items may be more prone to shrinkage, stretching, tearing, fading, or wear during normal washing and drying.

I understand that stain removal is not guaranteed. Some stains may remain even after washing, and the laundry service is not liable for permanent stains, set-in stains, or marks that do not come out in the normal cleaning process.

I confirm that I have disclosed any special washing instructions, delicate items, or items that require separate handling. If no special instructions are given, I authorize the laundry service to process the items according to its standard laundry procedures.

understand that the laundry service is not responsible for manufacturer defects, weak fabric, loose buttons, broken zippers, damaged seams, or pre-existing damage that becomes more visible after washing or drying.

I understand that actual pickup and delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, vehicle issues, power interruptions, public emergencies, or other unforeseen events beyond reasonable control.

I understand and accept that delays or interruptions caused by acts of God, including but not limited to heavy rain, flooding, typhoons, earthquakes, fires, transport disruptions, or similar unforeseen events, shall not make the laundry service liable for penalties, refunds, or damages due to delay.

I understand that same-day service is only considered for orders submitted from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, subject to available processing and delivery slots. Orders submitted from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM will be scheduled for next-day delivery.

I understand that delivery fees, service fees, and zone charges are based on the address provided, and final charges may be adjusted if the actual location falls under a different service zone.

I agree to inspect my laundry upon receipt and report any concern within 24 hours from delivery. Concerns raised beyond this period may no longer be accommodated.
