Determine Account Type and Structure

2. What account structure are you applying for?
BASIC Account - 30% and $500 minimum required.
PRO Account - 40% and $1000 minimum required.
Wholesale Account Qualifications
To qualify as a Wholesale Account, please submit details for one or more of the selections below. If a section doesn't apply, leave it blank.
1. List your current business website URL.
2. List your social media names, number of followers, links, etc.
3. Place any links to your Educational Content like a Podcast, Livestream, Webinar, Video Course, or Blog.
4. I have an Affiliate membership and am upgrading to a wholesale account.
I confirm that my three-month average has generated $1000 in Awake Healer retail sales.
Wholesale Account Set-up
Customized Shop-link
You will receive an Awake Healer referral code and a shop-link as part of your Awake Healer Wholesale Account setup. Your referral code is unique to you, and our system will generate your commissions earned based on the products purchased through this personalized link. You can customize your referral code. See the examples below and select what will best help identify your business or personal brand.
Commission Payments
Online Store Wholesale Accounts will be paid commissions through Paypal. Please provide your Paypal email address below.
