This Referral Program Agreement is made and entered into by and between Better U (“Company”), located at [Company Address], and the participating referrer (“Referrer”).

The Better U Referral Program allows Referrers to earn a $100 credit towards Better U services for each new customer (“Referred Customer”) they refer who makes a qualifying purchase using a unique referral code provided by the Referrer.

To participate in the Program, the Referrer must be an existing customer of Better U, at least 18 years old, and not be an employee, representative, or agent of Better U. Upon joining the Program, the Referrer will receive a unique referral code, which they can share with potential new customers. A Referred Customer must use the Referrer’s unique referral code at the time of their first purchase to qualify. A qualifying purchase is defined as a completed transaction for any service offered by Better U, excluding any refunds, chargebacks, or denials of service.

The Referrer will earn a $100 credit for each Referred Customer who completes a qualifying purchase. Credits will be applied 30 days after the Referred Customer’s payment is made, provided there are no refunds, chargebacks, or denials of service within this period. The $100 credit can be used for the following services: ketamine therapy continued care refills, talk therapy programs, weight loss services, sexual health services, and integration coaching appointments. Referral credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The Referred Customer must be a new customer to Better U and not previously registered with the Company. Self-referrals are not allowed. The Referrer cannot refer themselves or create multiple accounts to participate in the Program. The Referred Customer must use the referral code at the time of purchase. Referrals cannot be applied retroactively. Better U reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Referrers and Referred Customers.

Better U reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any modifications or termination will not affect credits already earned. If Better U determines, in its sole discretion, that a Referrer has violated the terms of this Agreement or any applicable laws, Better U reserves the right to terminate the Referrer’s participation in the Program and void any referral credits earned.

Better U is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by Referrers or Referred Customers while participating in the Program. Better U is not responsible for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Program.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By participating in the Better U Referral Program, the Referrer agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
