Photography & Media Release
Photography, audio recordings, and video recordings may be captured throughout Proxy Summit 2026. By attending the Summit, I grant Proxy Financial and its authorized representatives permission to photograph, record, and use my likeness, voice, and image for marketing, promotional, educational, and public relations purposes, including use on websites, social media, presentations, printed materials, and other promotional content, without additional notice or compensation. If I do not wish to appear in Proxy Financial marketing materials, I understand that I should notify Proxy Financial prior to the event by contacting [email protected], and Proxy Financial will make reasonable efforts to accommodate my request.
Assumption of Risk & Health Acknowledgement
I understand that attendance at Proxy Summit 2026, held September 8–11, 2026, at Resorts World Las Vegas, may involve certain inherent risks associated with travel, participation in group events, and the use of conference facilities and off-site venues. I voluntarily choose to participate in the Summit and acknowledge that I assume all risks associated with my attendance, including the risk of illness, injury, disability, property loss, or other unforeseen circumstances that may arise during or in connection with the event. I agree to exercise reasonable care for my own health and well-being while attending the Summit and to comply with all applicable venue policies, safety requirements, and public health guidelines in effect during the event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Proxy Financial, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, sponsors, partners, event organizers, venues, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in Proxy Summit 2026, except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
Third-Party Experiences
I understand that certain Summit experiences, activities, and excursions may be hosted by independent third-party venues or operators, including but not limited to entertainment venues, hospitality partners, recreational activities, transportation providers, and other event partners. Participation in these experiences is voluntary. I acknowledge that additional waivers or agreements may be required by the third-party venue or operator prior to participation, and I agree to comply with all applicable safety instructions, venue policies, and participation requirements. Proxy Financial is not responsible for the acts, omissions, services, or operations of independent third-party providers.
Registration Agreement
By checking the box, I certify that the information I have provided is accurate and complete. I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Photography & Media Release, Assumption of Risk & Health Acknowledgement, and Third-Party Experiences provisions above. I understand that my registration is subject to approval, availability, and payment (if applicable), and I agree to abide by all event policies established by Proxy Financial and the event venue throughout Proxy Summit 2026.
Guests are welcome to join the Proxy Summit experience through dedicated guest registration options tied to your primary ticket selection. If you are still deciding, no problem — you will have the opportunity to add a guest at a later time before the Summit.
