Role Overview
We are seeking a technical powerhouse to architect the automated infrastructure for our elite plastic surgery and medical spa clients. This is not a "settings manager" role; it is an engineering-first position.
You will be responsible for building the "nervous system" of our marketing—connecting GoHighLevel to external data sources via n8n, managing API documentation, and leveraging AI (Claude) to create intelligent, self-optimizing sales funnels. If you think in logic gates, data schemas, and JSON payloads, this is your role.
Core Ownership Areas
1. Automation Architecture & API Integration (Primary Focus)
Master Snapshot Management: Design, deploy, and update "Master Snapshots" across dozens of medical sub-accounts.
n8n Mastery: Build and maintain complex workflows that bridge GHL with external platforms using REST APIs and Webhooks.
Workflow Logic: Build complex, non-linear workflows using If/Else stays, Wait steps, and Goal triggers to handle the patient journey.
Data Parsing: Handle .JSON payloads with precision—extracting, transforming, and loading data across systems to ensure 100% lead accuracy.
GHL Infrastructure: Own the "Master Snapshot." Architect scalable sub-account structures, custom values, and multi-step logic triggers.
AI Implementation: Integrate Claude AI via API into automation nodes to automate lead sentiment analysis, personalized SMS responses, and content classification.
2. Conversion & Funnel Engineering
Technical Stack Integrity: Ensure landing pages, pixels, and CRM triggers work in a closed loop.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Read developer documentation to diagnose API failures, authentication errors, or script conflicts.
Systemic Optimization: Build "Speed-to-Lead" engines that utilize logic gates (Business Hours, Lead Scoring, Rep Availability).
3. Data & Attribution Logic
Attribution Frameworks: Map UTM parameters through the entire funnel into GHL Custom Fields for 1:1 ROI reporting.
Reporting Pipelines: Push data from GHL/n8n into Google Sheets or BigQuery for high-level client dashboards.
4. The "Bonus" Skillset (SEO & Copy)
Technical SEO: Coordinate with devs on schema markup, site speed, and indexing logic.
Strategic Growth: Assist in prompt engineering for high-converting copy and ensuring funnels align with medical-specific compliance and conversion psychology.
3+ Years GHL Power-User: You know GHL’s limits and how to bypass them using the API.
Automation First: You hate manual tasks. If it can be automated via n8n or an AI prompt, you’ve already built it.
API/JSON Literate: You aren't a "coder," but you can read API documentation and map data fields like a pro.
Industry Context: You understand the high-ticket nature of Medical Spas and Plastic Surgery (and the importance of HIPAA-compliant logic).
Bonus: You have a background in Technical SEO or Conversion Copywriting—you know why the tech needs to work.
Month 1: $1800 USD Month 2: $2,000 USD Month 3: $2,250 USD
90-Day Review: Eligible increase to $3,500 USD/month based on performance and ownership level
GHL Expert: You know the backend of GoHighLevel better than their support team.
Automation Native: Deep experience with n8n (or high-level Make/Zapier) using HTTP Requests and Function nodes.
Developer Literate: You are comfortable reading API Documentation and working with JSON structures.
Industry Context: Experience in Medical Spas, Aesthetics, or high-ticket Healthcare is highly preferred.
Systems Thinker: You build for 100 clients, not just 1. You prioritize snapshots and templates over manual one-off fixes.
