Appointment Setter Application

Takes about 5 minutes. One thing before you start: this role is paid per appointment, not a salary, and you need to speak English well because you'll be on the phone with Americans all day. If that works for you, let's go.

Section 1: Who you are

Section 2: Where and when you work

Section 3: Your experience

Section 4: The voice note

This is the part that decides everything.

Record a voice note in English, about 60 seconds. Two parts:

Part 1 (15 seconds): Say your name, where you're from, and one line about why you want this job.

Part 2 (45 seconds): Now pretend I'm a real estate agent and you just called me out of the blue. Your goal is to book me onto a 10 minute call with our team. Use your own words. Here's roughly how it starts:

"Hi, is this {name}? Hey, my name is ___ , I'm calling from Realty Rulers, we help agents get more listings. Do you have 30 seconds?"

Then keep going however you'd handle it. Don't worry about being perfect. We want to hear your English, your energy, and how you handle it when someone isn't expecting your call.

Record it on Loom, Google Drive, or a WhatsApp voice note you upload, then paste the link below. Make sure the link is set so anyone can open it. We can't review what we can't open.
