Once the Video Production Request Form is received, LFTV will review its production schedule and determine whether it will be able to provide the requested services based on availability of personnel, equipment, and the program’s content. Certain productions may require the requesting party to provide additional AV equipment such as additional stage lighting for TV, projection screens, video projectors, PA systems, and pipe and drape.

Submission or this form DOES NOT guarantee production. LakeFront TV must receive a completed production request form 30 days in advance of event. Productions are at the discretion of LakeFront TV and The City of Leesburg Florida

All requests and emails will become part of City of Leesburg's public record. In compliance with "Government in the Sunshine" laws, Lake County Government must make available, upon request, any and all information not deemed a threat to the security of law enforcement agencies and personnel.
