Please fill out all applicable fields when sample is dropped off at 7929 HWY 105 S, Suite A, Boone, NC. We are located across the street from Maw's Produce and across the parking lot from Salvation Army. There is a structure outside the front door with a cooler inside to leave labeled samples.
