Explain what type of job this home is (General, TTB, Move in/out)
Review dusting process — where to start, which cleaners to use, and how to double-check work
Let trainee dust independently; observe how they do, then rotate them through the home
Double check their work and give feedback (good and bad); explain what to fix and how
Remind them to ALWAYS follow the checklist
Ask how they feel about the day — confidence level? Any questions?
Share the plan for tomorrow (meet time, location, what’s next)
Submit feedback to the office (text/call after job)
Show how to fill out supply form (due every Wednesday by noon)
Show how to clock in/out in MaidCentral (including lunches)
Show how to submit a time clock change request in MaidCentral
Review rag & mop pad color code: Red = bathroom, Yellow = kitchen, Gray/Black = dusting/oily, Green = multi-use (floors, sills, baseboards). Blue = general mopping, Red/White = heavy scrubbing. Do not mix oily rags with others.
Return trainee to an area they have cleaned well and ask them to clean it again because it doesn't "appear" clean, How was their reaction?
