🎃 BOO & BOWS BASH — Vendor Registration 🎀

We’re looking for amazing small businesses and local vendors to join us for BNG Studio’s BOO & BOWS BASH! This family-friendly community event is a great opportunity to showcase your business, connect with local families, and get your products or services in front of new customers.

Vendor Registration — $25
Includes one 6-ft table + 2 chairs. Vendor setup begins at 4:30 PM, and the event ends at 8:00 PM.

Vendor + Advertising Package — $40 ⭐
Includes your vendor space PLUS a featured business spotlight on BNG Studio’s Facebook page leading up to the event. Our Facebook page currently receives approximately 277K views per month, giving your business an opportunity for additional exposure before event night.

Vendor Responsibilities & Agreement

By registering, vendors acknowledge that they are operating as an independent business and are responsible for everything necessary to legally and safely conduct business at the event. This includes, but is not limited to, point-of-sale equipment, cash/change, applicable sales tax permits or certificates, collection and payment of sales tax, licenses or permits, insurance, inventory, displays, signage, extension/electrical cords, chargers, and any other equipment or supplies needed to operate their booth.

Vendors are responsible for the security of their own merchandise, money, equipment, displays, and personal belongings. BNG Studio does not guarantee sales, customer traffic, or a specific level of exposure or engagement from participation or advertising.

Hold Harmless & Release of Liability

By submitting this registration, the vendor voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participating in BOO & BOWS BASH and agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BNG Studio, its owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, representatives, agents, and the event/property owners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to the vendor’s participation, booth operations, products or services, property, employees or representatives, except to the extent caused by a released party’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The vendor accepts responsibility for any injury, damage, claim, tax obligation, licensing issue, or other liability arising from the vendor’s own business operations, products, services, equipment, displays, employees, or representatives.

Submission of this form and payment of the vendor fee confirms that you have read, understand, and agree to these vendor terms and the Hold Harmless & Release of Liability.
