If I’m registering another family, I confirm they know about this registration and have given me permission to share their information and for The Patieaux Chick to contact them. Selected families attend Holidays at LaTerré Patieaux on Saturday, December 12, 2026, at no cost. Their spot covers the household registered and can’t be transferred. Gifts, meals, and activities are provided as available, and specific items aren’t guaranteed. Families are responsible for telling the team about food allergies before the event and for supervising their children at all times. The event date will only change if severe weather, a government order, or a safety emergency makes it unsafe to hold the event that day, and the team will notify me by email if it does. Each adult attending will confirm their own release and photo consent at check-in. I agree that The Patieaux Chick may photograph, film, and record participants, and may use, edit, and publish that content in any media now known or later created, with no payment and no right to review or approve. I confirm any family I register agrees, with parent or guardian consent for any children. The information on this form is used only to plan and run the event and to contact me about it, and it’s never sold. Any donation I add is non-refundable and is not tax-deductible unless The Patieaux Chick confirms otherwise in writing. Checking this box is my electronic signature. This agreement is governed by Texas law.
