How easily can you explain your business?
*
I can explain it in one clean, confident sentence.
I start strong, then I hear myself adding more than I need.
I know what we do, but I struggle to say it in a way that lands.
I’m still working on how to describe it.
How consistent does your brand feel across everything people see — website, social, proposals, the way your team communicates?
*
It feels unified and intentional everywhere.
Mostly consistent, with a few areas that slip.
It changes depending on who created it.
It feels like different versions of us are floating around.
If someone judged your company only by your website, what would they walk away thinking?
*
They’d think we’re confident, clear, and trustworthy.
They’d see potential, but the site would feel a little outdated or flat.
They’d get the information they need, but the experience wouldn’t pull them in.
They’d get the wrong impression because the site doesn’t reflect who we really are.
How clear are you on the audience you want to reach?
I’m very clear on who they are and what drives them.
I understand the industry, but I’m not fully tapped into the psychology behind their decisions.
I’m talking to a few different audiences at the same time.
I’m still trying to figure out who my audience actually is.
What does content creation actually look like for you right now?
*
We plan it, schedule it, and follow through.
We create when someone has time and energy.
We produce content, but it doesn’t feel connected to a real strategy.
We barely create because we aren’t sure what direction to take.
When you think about your brand’s voice, what feels true?
*
It feels clear, consistent, and unmistakably ours.
We have moments of clarity, but it’s not fully developed.
It changes depending on who’s writing or where it’s being used.
It doesn’t feel defined yet, and we’re still trying to shape it.
When someone shows interest in your brand, what actually happens behind the scenes?
*
They move through a real system with follow-ups, automations, and clear messaging that all work together.
We have parts of a system in place, but it isn’t consistent yet.
Some people get follow-ups and some don’t, depending on the day.
There isn’t a system, so if we miss the moment, the lead disappears.
What’s the biggest friction point you’re feeling right now?
*
I’m struggling with messaging.
I’m having trouble staying visible and consistent.
The experience across my customer touchpoints feels uneven.
I’m trying to scale, but the internal alignment isn’t there yet.
I need a clearer way to stand out in a crowded space.
Something feels off, but I can’t fully name it yet.
What kind of growth are you preparing for in the next 12 months?
*
I want a more polished and aligned presence.
I need to fully reposition the brand.
I’m ready to strengthen our systems and structure.
I’m preparing to enter new markets or reach new audiences.
I need to rebuild the foundation from the ground up.
I’m not sure yet, and that’s part of why I’m here.
When you think about the support you want, where do you lean?
*
I want a strategic partner who can guide me and build with me.
I want clarity and direction before anything else.
I want someone who can execute once I have a clear plan.
I’m still figuring out what kind of support I need.
